Additional Payment for Upgrade

Title says it all.
Wanted to mod my SK05 II Pro and asked Loopgear if I could order some me spare parts, which I didn't expect to be able to buy. Amy has been super helpful and super pacient with me. I lost a screw when I assembled my light originally and took the label off in lieu of the clip. When I bought the new case I needed all 4 screws. Support very quickly corresponded with me and agreed to send me additional screws to fix the problem. Hats off to loop gear for great service.
