At LOOP GEAR, we believe that there is no perfect product, but outstanding service. We care about your shopping experience. Since Jan, 1st, 2024, we have updated the warranty as below.
Flashlight warranty:
5-year warranty: we offer a 5-year warranty for all flashlights since the purchase date.
Battery warranty:
1-year warranty: we offer 1 year warranty for batteries since the purchase date.
The above warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, excluding loss, theft, deliberate damage, and other human factors.
30 days Return Policy
To qualify for a return, please email cs@loopgear.com to describe the product quality issue before you send the product to us.
Upon receiving your return, we will initiate the repair or replacement process. It may take 1-3 working days to ship out the warranty item.
For items purchased from third-party platforms, we recommend reaching out to the original seller for assistance. If you fail to get in contact with the original seller, contact us.
If the return happens within 30 days of the purchase date, the shipping cost will be on us, otherwise, freight from you to us will be on your side, and freight from us to you will be on our side.
