Products are leading edge and customer service is top notch. I needed customer service. An issue that was totally my fault. They accommodated me 100%. Great company to deal with. Can’t say enough.

I lost a screw when I assembled my light originally and took the label off in lieu of the clip. When I bought the new case I needed all 4 screws. Support very quickly corresponded with me and agreed to send me additional screws to fix the problem. Hats off to loop gear for great service.

The overall experience was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

I've been carrying my Loopdot with me every day, and it's become one of those little gadgets you don't realise you need until you have it. It's compact, surprisingly bright, and incredibly handy to have in your pocket.

Unfortunately, my original unit stopped working... or, as Rolls-Royce would probably say, it "failed to proceed." 😊

The good news is that the customer service was excellent. They replaced it quickly and without any hassle, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company. The replacement has been working perfectly.

I had a problem with one of my lights and they took care of it for me and replaced the whole thing for me. Not to many companies do that anymore so by with confidence from loop gear. I highly recommend them. And they have the awesome torches.
