I have many flashlights, the humble MagLite in AA and multi D cell versions, numerous high lumen SureFires and Nitecores all are
fatastic lights that get used, what caught my eye with Loop Gears SK05 PRO was the colour ( MAO coating ) and the far out look
and style of the light which I liked a lot, something out of a SciFi film it would certainly match the world of the Tom Cruise film Oblivion ( 2013 )
on further looking into the flashlight and seeing all the features I made a purchase promptly.
The box and presentation are superb and I wont be throwing the box in the re cycling bin any time soon, it adds to the feeling of what to
expect inside and its a good feeling, then you hold the flashlight in your hands, oooooh its so cool ! the detail and precision of its shape and form
are perfect, the last flashlight that gave this feeling was 2006 with a SureFire M2 Centurion, it too had a radical cool look an feel at the time when compared
to the traditional round body tube flashlights, the Loop Gear SK05 PRO MAO re kindles that feeling and some with its features.
The sidebar light is a very usefull feature for me that no other light in my collection has, perfect for night time camps, in the tent or hammock when you
just need a low light to rummage through gear, the flat body design lends well for putting on surfaces or tail standing etc as a travel light it comes in
handy as a power bank, removable replaceable batterys is another strong point and it takes two 18650 recharge batterys, multi mode spot and flood light
and a nice high out put turbo mode, there are plenting of features settings to play with that I'm not gonna go into, overall its a very capable fantastic flashlight I absolutely love it, if your wanting something different this flashlight gives you a number of lights in one package and there is a feature that will serve you well
with others thrown in, I didnt need another flashlight but when I came across the LoopGear SK05 PRO MAO, I absolutely needed this one. Thanks to all of you at LoopGear your doing fine work, from a satisfied customer in the Highlands of Scotland : )
